It was the observed need of our organization that our new appointed Health workers should make aware about PEHL Services’ organization and role of health workers. Accordingly, PEHL conducted Health workers online training and explained to health workers how to work in village and what is the role of health worker in village level.

Home Visits
To conduct village survey.
Pre camp awareness generation in the village
To assist in the arrangement of health camp.
To work as a point of contact in the village for this project.
To sensitize villagers on various health issues i.e. mental health, communicable diseases, pandemic etc.
To coordinate with frontline workers i.e. Anganwadi sevika, Asha workers etc.
To accompany patient to the hospital after the health camp.
To work closely with malnourished children and their parents.
To guide villagers about low cost nutritious recipes.
To attend meeting and training arranged by organization.
To maintain health record of the villagers as per the indicators.
