Our teams have treated over 11,000 patients in calamity-hit areas of Uttarakhand, Nepal, Tamil Nadu and Kerala free of cost. We work with state-run destitute homes in two cities (Mumbai and Lucknow) and support around 500 destitute and orphan children for their supplementary education and counselling needs. Our community education Project Sankalp provides supplementary education to children of street vendors in Lucknow. We work in several tribal villages of Maharashtra, doing medical camps, following up patients needing specialist consultation or cataract surgeries until the treatment is complete, holding several training and awareness programs on nutrition, hygiene, healthcare and other important aspects of wellness. We work with children with special needs. We create awareness regarding childhood disabilities & child safety. We are working with self-help groups and community in Mahul, Mumbai that caters to various local needs of the community. We help generate livelihood for destitute girls in Lucknow through sewing classes.
