One patient was diagnosed with ear-related conditions such as ASOM/CSOM, presenting with earache and ear discharge. Complaints of body ache, joint pain, backache, and generalized weakness were common, which may be attributed to poor nutrition, nutritional deficiencies, and physically demanding work in the fields and homes. It was also observed that many of the affected individuals were elderly and lacked access to rehabilitative support services. Additionally, 20 patients were found to have high blood sugar levels and are currently being followed up for further management.
