Rural health service in tribal villages at Karjat, Maharashtra

Tribal Villages:

Amberpada, Kathewadi, Belachiwadi & Chafewadi

• Medical camps
• Early Childhood care
• Menstrual Hygiene
• Follow up after the medical camps

Impact :

• 791 villagers benefitted from the medical camps, BP was checked for 504 community members and sugar testing for 405 people.
• 86 menstrual cups were distributed and around 60% women did conversion to cup.
• 166 eye check up were conducted, 32 patients had cataract & 101 were given spectacles.
